2012 Wine Press Northwest "Best of the Best" Platinum Judging

For the past 13 years, Wine Press Northwest has used the Platinum Judging to help determine some of the finest wines in the Pacific Northwest.  This year's Platinum was the biggest yet, with more than 550 entries topping the 2010 competition, and with more than 200 wineries and brands represented, Wine Press Northwest continues to get a broader look at the best our region has to offer.

2012 Seattle Wine Awards

The Seattle Wine Awards is the largest and most comprehensive independent Washington wine recognition program. Founded in 2006 by Executive Director Christopher Chan, the Seattle Wine Awards maintains the highest standards of integrity in the tasting and evaluation of Washington wines.

Los Angeles International Wine Competition

For 73 years, the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition has showcased the finest domestic and international vintages through a wine-tasting event that is widely considered to be one of the most prestigious in the United States. An esteemed panel of judges uses a blind-tasting method, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism that has remained the competition’s foundation for seven decades.

On June 15, 16, and 17, a total of 4556 wines participated in the 2012 San Francisco International Wine Competition. Entries were submitted by 1300 wineries from 29 countries and 26 states.
