Wine certainly is one of the most romantic things and there is no better way to celebrate the month of love than by savoring chocolates and artisan wine. We have a unique collection of passionate producers in our valley that all put a delicious spin on this event. Below are the participating wineries and a little of what to expect from some of them.

Wine and chocolate is a match made in heaven. We'll be pairing three red wines and one white wine with Green & Black premium organic chocolate. Let your taste buds be the judge. We'll be pairing Maya Gold with Edelzwicker, White Chocolate with Zinfandel, Espresso and Dark Chocolate with Miss de Miner and Bittersweet Chocolate with Syrah. First Course: Seafood L'Amore a trio of jumbo prawns, scallops and crab served with 2008 Karma Estate Gewurztraminer
Second Cours: Wild Hibiscus with warm goat cheese on a bed of bitter greens served with 2007 Bad Karma
Third Course: Smoked duck breast, grilled lamb chop and Kobe beef with foie gras served with 2007 Karma Cabernet Sauvignon
Fourth Course: Raspberry Marscapone Mousse Tiramisu with cocoa nibs and bitter chocolate served with 2008 Late Harvest Syrah
